Where is ACHUB Global based?
We are based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and work remotely with clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and beyond. Our registered company name is Accountancy & Consulting Hub; ACHUB Global is our trading name.
Who will actually do my accounting?
An ACCA led team with more than 10 years of experience, with part qualified Chartered Accountants doing the day to day work and in house developers for software projects. A senior member of the team oversees every engagement.
Do you work with US businesses and CPA firms?
Yes. The US is our main focus. We keep books for small businesses and startups, and we also support US accounting and CPA firms as a white label back office. We do not prepare US tax returns; we hand clean, reconciled books to your CPA.
Do you work with UK businesses?
Yes. ACCA is a UK qualification, and we work in Xero and QuickBooks, which most UK small businesses use. For UK tax and VAT filing, we prepare the books your accountant or tax adviser needs.
What hours do you work?
We work US business hours, so you can reach us during your own working day.
Which accounting software do you use?
QuickBooks Online, Xero, SAP and Oracle, plus our own custom ERP software. We usually work inside the system you already use: you simply add us as a user.
How do you keep my financial data secure?
We sign an NDA before you share any data, work inside your own systems with user access you control and can remove at any time, and share documents only through channels you approve.
How much does it cost?
Your price depends on your transaction volume, number of accounts and the services you need. We confirm it in a written quote after a free review of your books.
Is there a contract or lock in?
No. We work month to month and you can cancel at any time.
Do you handle taxes?
We provide tax services for Pakistan only: income tax returns, sales tax returns and withholding tax statements. For the US, UK and other countries we prepare the books and reports your local tax adviser needs.
How do we get started?
Message us on WhatsApp to book a free 30 minute discovery call. We then review your books for free and send a written quote. Once you are happy, we sign an NDA, you add us to your accounting software and we start.
